We are all theologians. We all have thoughts about God that shape the way we think, and the way we live. Theology should be done in public, by the public, for the public, and in the tradition of the great theologians who have gone before us, we'll be chatting over a pint of beer, coffee, soda, or water at BlackFriar Pub in Dallas, located at 2621 McKinney Avenue (you must be 21+ to drink beer). Every Other Week
Most of our favorite memories involve two things: good food and good company. Breaking bread together is a sacred practice in our faith. Thus, the Journey Community is hosting a new group and we are calling it "Soul Food" because we believe this kind of communion is truly good for our souls. Check our calendar for dates and places. | Journey at The Well | Journey has partnered with the fantastic folks at the Well, a ministry for persons with mental disabilities. We spend every third Saturday of the month with them, sharing stories, worshipping together, and serving them dinner. For more information about the Well, go to www.wellcommunity.net.
